Shipping policy

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.  During peak times, such as holidays or special promotions, processing times may be extended.  You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination of your order.

Domestic Shipping:

We currently ship within United States.  Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to select countries.  International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.  Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.  You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Shipping Issues:

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.  We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your products.

Address Changes:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.  We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.  If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately.
